Meredith Young
Meredith is the captain of the women's sabre team at McMaster.
Meredith was the 2002 OUA sabre champion, and was voted as the top female fencer in the OUA in 2002, winning the Dave O'Donnell trophy. She also led the women's sabre team to a gold medal that year. Last year she was slowed by injuries, finished 7th at the OUA finals, and won a silver medal in the team event. Her top result of the 2002-03 season was a 2nd place finish at the Brock OCC.
Meredith was the team's MVP for the 2001-02 season.
